Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Designer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Autocad

Designer will prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for furniture layouts, fixtures, and custom designs using AutoCAD and related design tools. Daily responsibilities include interpreting project briefs, converting design concepts into architectural and construction drawings, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure technical accuracy. The role involves space planning for residential and commercial projects, updating drawings as per client feedback, and maintaining organized drawing files and documentation.





The designer will collaborate across functions to ensure that designs are practical, manufacturable, and aligned with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for furniture and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills, including precise drafting and detailing using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Candidates should possess effective Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with design, production, and client-facing teams.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and strong time-management skills.
- Experience in furniture or interior design projects and knowledge of materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes is beneficial.
