Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, IISc, or equivalent global university) in engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in team leadership.
Solid command of React ecosystem, API workflows, and deployment fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

Own sprint quality and architecture decisions
Guide frontend and API delivery
Mentor engineers through production releases

About The Job

This role owns daily engineering cadence, technical quality bars, and cross-functional execution planning for web products and AI-enabled features.

Lead a compact product engineering pod across release planning, code quality, and execution for premium SaaS and AI delivery work.

Lead sprint planning and execution reviews with engineering and design.
Set architecture direction for feature delivery,



integration boundaries, and release readiness.
Coach team members through code reviews, testing discipline, and production issue handling.
