We’re looking for an experienced Database Administrator / SQL Developer to join our team and manage a large-scale database environment.

? Key Technical Skills

✅ Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Database Administration
✅ Advanced SQL query writing and troubleshooting
✅ Expertise in Complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Indexing & Query Optimization
✅ Solid knowledge of SQL Performance Tuning
✅ Experience with SQL Server to PostgreSQL migration
✅ Strong understanding of SQL Server & PostgreSQL
✅ Hands-on experience with SSIS Packages
✅ Knowledge of Database Normalization & Database Design
✅ Experience managing and monitoring large database environments
✅ Experience with database health monitoring
✅ Knowledge of Backup, Restore & Database Maintenance
✅ Experience with Data Purging & Archival




✅ Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis skills

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the health & performance of approximately 150 database servers
• Perform regular database health checks and monitoring
• Analyze and optimize slow-running SQL queries
• Perform SQL Server performance tuning
• Design and implement optimized SQL queries and database objects
• Work on SQL Server to PostgreSQL migration initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages
• Perform database normalization and ensure proper database design
• Plan and execute data purging and archival activities
• Identify and remove obsolete or unnecessary data
• Monitor database storage, performance, and capacity
• Troubleshoot database-related production issues
• Support database migration, consolidation, and modernization initiatives
• Ensure database availability, reliability, and performance
