Creative Designer (Motion + Brand + Product)
Location: Kolkata — in-office

The short version

We’re an AI and data products company building for B2B and consumer users, which means on any given week we need a dashboard screen, a launch film, a sales deck, five Instagram carousels, and a set of app onboarding animations — usually all at once.
We’re not hiring a graphic designer. Or a video editor. Or a UI designer. We’re hiring someone who wants to be all three, and who’d rather be at the messy centre of a product than in a specialist lane.

How we work (read this part carefully)

We don’t live inside Figma here. Figma is where you think, sketch, and align on direction, but it is not the deliverable. The deliverable is the real thing: a live page, a working screen, a finished film.
That means we build straight through to code, using Claude Code and Codex to get there. You are not handing off a Figma file and waiting for an engineer. You’re taking your own design to something that runs in a browser.
If you’ve never done this, that’s fine. If you’re unwilling to learn it,



this isn’t the role.

What you’ll actually do

Design marketing assets across our product line — social posts, carousels, landing pages, sales decks, event collateral
Build and ship those pages yourself, prompting your way through the code with Claude Code or Codex and fixing the HTML and CSS by hand when it comes out wrong
Cut short-form video: product demos, founder clips, podcast highlights. Hook-first, retention-aware editing
Build motion graphics — logo animations, kinetic type, explainer sequences, micro-animations for in-app flows
Work on product UI: dashboards, mobile screens, data visualisation, design system components
Storyboard brand videos before anyone touches a timeline
Keep the brand consistent across every product and platform we touch
Expect to move between all of these in a single week. That’s the job, not a warning.
