Eligibility

* 3–6 years of relevant sales experience in Critical Care. (Mid Level/Senior Level Position)
* Experience in Medical Devices / Critical Care / ICU / Hospital Consumables is preferred.
* Candidates should have experience handling hospitals, doctors, critical care specialists, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, develop customer relationships, and achieve business targets within the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the territory independently, developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals,



and implementing effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, sound knowledge of the Critical Care and Medical Device market, willingness to travel, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Territory Sales & Revenue Management

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
* Develop and execute territory sales plans.
* Generate current business from hospitals, doctors, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
* Drive sales of Critical Care and Medical Device products.
* Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
* Ensure regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business.

2. Customer & Key Account Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, critical care specialists, ICU teams, hospit
