What You Get to Do in This Role

- Be part of a content and curriculum design team ensuring the success and quality of new and existing courseware (Instructor-Led Training & e-Learning).

- Participate in content analysis, design, and development of learning solutions, including pre-release planning for various product portfolios.

- Write transparent and concise chapter narratives and develop real-world, use-case-based examples and guided lab exercises.

- Apply and complete the latest release updates as instructed by the lead curriculum developer. This may include:
- Completing assigned tasks based on direction from the lead curriculum developer.

- Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to incorporate or validate content.

- Performing QA and lab testing, validating simulators for compatibility with the latest ServiceNow release.

- Documenting and communicating testing issues or problems.

- Updating written content, screenshots, diagrams, formatting, branding elements, and icons.

- Compiling MS Word and MS PowerPoint files into Adobe PDF documents.

- Reviewing and approving final course materials.

- Performing LMS/LXP administration tasks, such as managing course records, metadata, and course lifecycle.

- Incorporating feedback related to writing style, branding, grammar, accessibility, etc.

- Gathering information from multiple content teams and using internal LLM tools to create product/release summaries.

- Using internal LLM tools for pre-emptive quality checks on draft content.

- Analyzing learner feedback using LLM tools to extract actionable insights.

- Testing hands-on activities in sandbox environments, updating screenshots, and suggesting content edits.

- Triaging learner-reported content defects and addressing or prioritizing them.

- Migrating legacy content to newer authoring tools, formats, or templates.

- Building knowledge checks or interactive learning components.

- Performing basic video post-production (cuts, bumpers, annotations, background music)



and submitting for upload and transcription.

- Reviewing transcripts and captions for alignment with audio and visuals.

- Assist with lab instance support, including setting up ServiceNow data packages for each release.

- Collaborate with course owners, instructors, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to gather course specifications and content.

- Demonstrate project-management skills by assisting course owners with release-related tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, updating project plans, managing metadata, submitting website updates, creating reports).

- Classify and collect course survey data for distribution to course owners or simulator teams.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Need:

- 3–6 years of instructional/technical training or eLearning design experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or contributing to a ServiceNow installation (preferred).

- Flexibility to work some US hours when required.

- Excellent written English skills.

- Interest in building a career in technical training and curriculum development.

- Strong presentation skills (web-based or direct communication).

- Active listening, verbal communication, and business writing skills.

- Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal colleagues.

- Consistency in meeting deliverables and deadlines.

- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, including extended hours during peak periods.

- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with any programming/scripting language.

- Experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and rapid development cycles.

- Experience with graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia in the instructional design process.

- Ability to apply coaching and feedback to improve skills and performance.

- Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Working knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and multimedia tools (SnagIt, Camtasia, ScreenFlow).

- Availability to work India night shift.
