Role Description The Associate Partner role at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is a full-time, in office position based in Bhilai. In this role, the Associate Partner will focus on acquiring and managing clients, explaining life insurance products, and recommending suitable solutions aligned with customer needs and long-term goals. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and presentations, supporting policy issuance and servicing,



and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Partner will collaborate with branch teams, participate in local marketing initiatives, and contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets. The role also involves continuous learning about product updates, market trends, and regulatory changes to deliver informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on understanding financial needs and providing suitable insurance solutions.
- Basic financial literacy and analytical skills to explain life insurance, savings, and protection products clearly.
- Sales orientation, goal-focused mindset, and ability to work with targets in a competitive workplace.
- Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English; familiarity with Bhilai and surrounding markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field activities, and maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
