Role Overview The Operations Executive will manage end to end support for sales partners and aggregators by resolving queries, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams, and driving timely closure of cases. The role requires solid communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries from sales partners and aggregators via email, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
- Review, validate, and resolve partner issues within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Sales, Tech, Finance) for issue resolution.
- Access and analyse information from internal systems.
- Track and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide timely updates to partners and maintain high satisfaction levels.
