Job Responsibilities

- Handle a team of ADM's.
- Recruiting the team of ADM's and building the FC and Agency managers
- Responsible for the productivity of ADM, handhold the ADM in the early stages
- Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team.

Qualifications (Framework required by the position):

- High level of presentation and communication skills and ability to interact and manage relationships with the team and the financial advisors.
- Team management capabilities
- Competitor Knowledge and understanding of the industry product landscape
- Customer-focused, proactive, result oriented & influencing skills,
- Mentoring & monitoring skills

CTC: Upto 11.50LPA

Experience Required: Min 2-3 years of Team handling experience in an agency channel is mandatory.
