About Brisk

Brisk Capital Services is a transaction advisory firm that structures and closes capital raise mandates for founders. We handle transaction structuring, financial engineering, valuation, investor presentation, and outreach across sectors including tech, healthcare, fintech, commodities, and consumer. Every engagement is a live transaction with a founder's business on the table, and the people who work on it are expected to understand what they're representing.

The Role

We're hiring an Associate to work directly on capital advisory mandates, engaging founders, understanding their businesses, and representing how Brisk structures and closes a mandate with the credibility it deserves. This is not a support function. You will be client-facing from early on, working closely with the Lead Transaction Advisor on live deals, and building a pipeline of your own rather than executing someone else's. If you do this well, you don't stay an Associate for long.

What You'll Do

- Engage prospective founder clients and position Brisk's capital advisory approach with authority
- Understand and articulate how we structure mandates, approach valuation, and run a raise process
- Convert conversations into qualified engagements
- Work alongside the valuation and transaction team on active mandates
- Own a pipeline,

What We're Looking For

- 1 to 2 years in any client-facing or sales role where you've had to sell something intangible, whether that's financial services, insurance, real estate, EdTech, or SaaS. What matters is that you can sell, not where you learned it
- A sharp communicator who can hold a room, not just recite a script
- Understanding of capital markets or how a fundraise actually works is a solid advantage, not a requirement. We'll teach you the rest.
- Someone who wants ownership and visibility, not a desk and a checklist

Compensation

Fixed compensation of INR 3 to 4 LPA, negotiable based on interview performance. On top of this, a performance incentive tied directly to closed mandates, with earning potential well above fixed for the right person. We're not looking to cap what a good Associate can make.

Brisk is building out a team that can own client acquisition independently rather than run through one person. Early hires in this seat get direct exposure to live mandates, close mentorship from the Lead Transaction Advisor, and a real path to owning deals rather than sitting on the sidelines of them.
