• Will have interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

- Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Process refunds, fares, and pricing accurately in accordance with company policies and airline guidelines.




- Apply understanding of different fare rules, routing types, and ticketing procedures to support customer requests.
- Engage with customers through email for query resolution, ensuring timely and skilled communication.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, ensuring error‑free work and adherence to SLAs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adapt to new processes and changes within a dynamic work environment with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in any stream 0-2 years
