Role Description The Assistant Recruiter will support the end-to-end hiring process for various roles at Rabreez India, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assisting with offer processes, and supporting onboarding activities.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Greater Noida, requiring close coordination with HR and operations teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Robust coordination skills for scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR practices, and applicant tracking or HR software tools.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; internship or prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
