Role Description The Assistant Professor of Physics will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in physics relevant to pharmacy and related disciplines in a full-time, in office capacity in Baramati. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering lectures, conducting tutorials and laboratory sessions, developing assessments, and providing academic guidance and mentoring to students.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in core Physics and Theoretical Physics and be able to apply these concepts within an interdisciplinary academic setting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physics Education, including curriculum development, effective classroom instruction, and student assessment.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mathematics to support teaching and research activities in physics and related areas.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Astronomy or related physical sciences to broaden the scientific perspective offered to students.
