Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Aurangabad. The Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by helping with material handling, basic documentation, and coordination between production team members.
Responsibilities may include preparing work areas, organizing tools and supplies, tracking simple production data, and assisting with inventory checks. The role also involves following safety procedures, adhering to quality guidelines, and communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
The Assistant may be asked to support additional tasks as needed to keep production activities running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow structured processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures in a production environment.
- Basic organizational and documentation skills, including handling records, checklists, and simple reports.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness in the workplace, with willingness to follow all compliance guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with supervisors, operators, and other staff members.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate manual tasks as part of daily work.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial operations is an advantage but not always required.
- Minimum high school or equivalent education; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or industrial trades is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to shift schedules if needed, and support continuous improvement efforts.
