Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for training and coaching customer service representatives on proper pronunciation, intonation, and accent modulation to ensure clear and qualified communication with clients, while also overseeing a team of trainers and monitoring their performance in achieving desired accent standards within the company's voice process.
Work Location: Chennai
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent
- Strong understanding of phonetics and accent variations
- Proven experience in voice and accent training, preferably within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and provide feedback
- Ability to analyze data and identify training needs
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of trainers
- Proficiency in training delivery methodologies and technology
