Role Description The Assistant Manager – Fleet Business will manage and grow fleet-related business, focusing on commercial vehicle customers, fleet operators, and key accounts. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India includes overseeing fleet operations performance, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring timely support to fleet clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing fleet data, monitoring product performance, preparing business reports, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Luman products.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant transport and safety regulations,



assisting in contract negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with fleet partners.

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives in the fleet business segment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid fleet operations and fleet management skills, with experience handling commercial vehicle or automotive fleets.
- Candidates should possess solid operations management skills, including process optimization, coordination across teams, and resource planning.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant DOT regulations or equivalent transport, safety, and compliance standards applicable to fleet operations.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret fleet data, prepare performance reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Automotive Engineering, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in automotive, fleet services, logistics, or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other business reporting tools; familiarity with fleet management software is beneficial.
