Experience: Qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance department in managing financial operations and reporting.

:

 Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

 Support the budgeting process, including monitoring and analyzing budget variances.

 Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

 Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support.

 Setup processes and controls

 Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes.

 Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders as needed.

 Assist in audits and regulatory compliance efforts.

Technical expertise expected:

- Well versed with MS Excel, ERPs
- Valuable presentation and communication skills
- Good accounting knowledge
- Eye to detect irregularities
- Textile industry experience preferred
