RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in managing Cab system & International Travel

- Handle cab booking/International Travel Requests

- Coordinate with higher management for their travel

- Shoud be proactive on emails

- Cab reconciliation

- Monthly connect with Cab & travel vendors to improve service level & ensure zero outstanding

- Maintain relationship with cab & travel vendors and ensure to minimize the escalations.

- Maintain all cab & travel related reports and share analysis

- Monitor travel team and regular connect with team

- Handle & oversee all travel services cab/air/hotel/travel insurance/visa bookings

- Identify improvement areas & should be a problem solver

- Should be able to manage deliverables at all time

- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
