Are you an experienced Quality and Training leader looking to drive excellence and scale operations? We are looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Training & Quality to join our growing team in Noida.

In this role, you will spearhead our T&Q; strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and ensure top-tier service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive Training & Quality frameworks.
- Drive performance metrics, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the T&Q; team to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify skill gaps and implement corrective action plans.




- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (X+ years) in a leadership role within Training & Quality (Service Industry/BPO/Corporate preferred).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to quality assurance.
- Ready to work out of our Noida office.
