Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying customer requirements, recommending suitable hydraulic and pneumatic solutions, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. The Technical Sales Engineer will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, respond to technical queries,



and provide pre- and post-sales support to clients in sectors such as steel, mining, petroleum, and power. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal technical and service teams, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM or related systems. The role also requires regular client visits, market research, and feedback gathering to support product improvements and business growth.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals in industrial or engineering domains.
Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, including solution configuration, technical presentations, and troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mecha
