About the Role

Haute World Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead and manage our real estate sales operations. The AGM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving project sales targets, managing sales teams, and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs, MIS, and sales reports.
Set targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Train, mentor, and develop Relationship Managers,



Senior Relationship Managers, and Sales Managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team for effective lead generation and lead management.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Ensure proper CRM usage, lead tracking, and timely follow-ups by the sales team.
Drive revenue growth and improve overall sales conversion rates.
Handle escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide insights to senior management.
Support management in business planning, sales forecasting, and project growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Real Estate Sales.
Builder / Real Estate Developer Firm experience is MANDATORY.
Only candidates with previous experience working with a Builder / Real Estate Developer firm can
