Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Telesales Executive will contact prospective and existing customers via phone to promote self-adhesive labels, barcode printers, scanners, and software solutions, explaining product features and advantages. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, following up on inquiries,



and closing sales in coordination with the sales team. Daily tasks include managing call lists, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, and providing responsive customer support to ensure a positive experience. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, share market feedback, and support ongoing customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture opportunities, and convert leads into orders.
Basic understanding of barcode labels, printers, scanners, or willingness to learn product and industry knowledge.
Comfort with using phone, email, and CRM or sales software for daily work.
