About the Role
NSN Studio Divine and Atluxe are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, final-year students, and interns who are eager to build a career in sales, client relations, and business strategy. You will gain hands-on exposure to lead generation, client interactions, market research, and business growth while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through online research and networking.
Assist in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the senior business development team.
Understand client requirements and maintain regular follow-ups.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain client databases and update CRM records.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project onboarding.
Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and college
engagement activities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, Marketing,
Business Management, or related fields.
Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
