Role Description The AEP | AJO Developer will design, build, and optimize solutions within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to support data-driven customer experiences. This full-time remote role involves configuring data schemas, setting up data ingestion, managing customer profiles, and developing audience segments. The developer will create and maintain customer journeys, orchestrate cross-channel campaigns,



and ensure platform configurations follow best practices and security standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and documenting technical designs and implementation details. The role also requires staying current with AEP and AJO capabilities and recommending enhancements to improve scalability and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
Proficiency in data modeling, data ingestion pipelines, customer profile management, and audience segmentation.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing customer journeys, campaign orchestration, and event-driven workflows.
Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and integration concepts for connecting AEP/AJO with external systems.
