Role Description The Business Analyst (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain and manufacturing processes to support Vitalpro’s growing portfolio of brands. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai includes gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping end-to-end processes,



and identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with operations, production, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and system enhancements. The Business Analyst will monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports and dashboards, support implementation of new tools or process changes, and ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution. Regular stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision support are central to the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support supply chain and manufacturing decisions.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution recommendations.
