Role Description
The Senior Manager Ecommerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading the ecommerce strategy, managing online sales channels, and driving revenue growth across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing assortment and pricing, optimizing product listings, coordinating digital campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to improve conversion and customer retention. The Senior Manager Ecommerce collaborates closely with marketing, sales, supply chain,



and finance teams to ensure inventory availability, timely fulfillment, and consistent brand representation online. This role also involves identifying recent ecommerce opportunities, managing key external platform relationships, and mentoring team members to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end management of marketplace and Q-Commerce accounts.
* Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability.
* Manage relationships with key marketplace partners and account managers.
* Plan, execute, and optimize promotional and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Take ownership of the category/business P&L; and drive sustainable profitability.
* Monitor sales performance, inventory, pricing, and product listings across platforms.
