About the Role
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Associate – Inside Sales to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-ticket sales, consultative selling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
Candidates with experience in Immigration, EdTech, FinTech, Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Real Estate, Insurance, or other high-value sales industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product/service.
Conduct consultative sales conversations and convert qualified leads into customers.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.




Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure successful conversions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wherever relevant.
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2C Sales.
Prior experience in high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.
Experience in Immigration, EdTech, FinTech, Study Abroad, Real Estate, Insurance, or similar industries will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling sales calls, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Strong target orientation with a proven ability to achieve sales numbers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Good working knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
