Role Overview
Univitt AI Technologies is seeking an entrepreneurial business leader to build and scale a B2C AI upskilling and certification business for the Indian market. While we have a strong B2B AI consulting practice, this role will create a recent consumer-facing brand and product line: open, industry-recognized AI certification programs for students, working professionals, and career-changers across India.
This is a 0-to-1 leadership role. You will define the product strategy, go-to-market model, pricing, partnerships, and operating plan for a B2C edtech business within an established B2B AI company.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Business Model
· Define the B2C vision, target segments, and value proposition for AI certification programs in India (students, fresh graduates, early-career professionals, career switchers).
· Design the business model: subscription vs. one-time certification, cohort-based vs. self-paced, freemium vs. paid, and potential B2B2C hybrids.
· Conduct market sizing, competitor analysis,



and pricing benchmarking against Indian and global AI certification providers.
· Build a 3-year business plan with revenue, margin, and market-share targets.
2. Product & Curriculum Development
· Work with AI experts and instructional designers to create industry-aligned AI certification tracks (e.g., AI for Business, Agentic AI, Generative AI Practitioner, AI Product Management).
· Define learning outcomes, assessment frameworks, and certification criteria that are credible to employers and learners.
· Oversee development of MVP courses, pilot cohorts, and iterative improvements based on learner feedback and completion data.
· Ensure content covers both foundational AI/ML concepts and practical, tool-based skills (prompt engineering, no-code AI, cloud AI services, etc.).
3. Go-to-Market & Growth
· Build a B2C brand architecture under Univitt AI (brand name, positioning, messaging) that complements but is distinct from the B2B business.
