Job Description.
We are looking for an experienced Outbound LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to help us generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, identifying decision-makers, and appointment setting.
You will be responsible for researching target companies, finding the right prospects, creating personalized outreach campaigns, following up with prospects, and generating qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities.

Develop and execute outbound LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns.
Research companies and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn Recruiter and other prospecting tools to identify relevant prospects.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and messages.




Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
Develop personalized messaging based on the prospect's company, industry, hiring needs, and business requirements.
Conduct B2B prospect research and lead qualification.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Support outbound email campaigns and follow-up activities.
Track campaign performance, response rates, meetings, and conversions.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM/Excel.
Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
Stay updated on LinkedIn outreach best practices and B2B lead-generation trends.

Required Skills.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Marketing / LinkedIn Lead Generation / B2B Lead Generation.
Strong experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
