About the Role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to manage IT systems, user accounts, technical support, backup/recovery, and basic infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and IT technical support to users.
Manage systems, user accounts, access, and IT assets.
Perform backup and recovery activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Support basic networking and infrastructure requirements.
Assist with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

Required Skills

Experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / IT Engineer.
Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

Windows/Linux administration.
LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
IT helpdesk/ticketing tools.
Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
