Role Description

LINC Education is seeking an experienced and people-focused professional to lead teacher recruitment and engagement within the Teaching Operations team.



The role will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality LINC Fellows to support the organisation’s growing portfolio of online programs. Working in a highly data-driven environment, the Manager will use technology, recruitment insights and workforce data to plan and optimise teacher recruitment and deployment. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate teaching requirements and ensure the timely availability of suitably qualified educators. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping LINC’s global teaching network and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, personalised online education at scale.
