Madhuban Toyota India is looking for an experienced, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our sales team while driving exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

Experience: 4–8 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Generate and assign quality sales leads.
Support the team in customer handling and deal closures.




Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
Coordinate with management to achieve dealership sales objectives.
