Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager will oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of ERP systems to support core business operations at Transways Realty. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into effective system configurations. The ERP Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage data integrity, coordinate ERP-related projects,



and provide user training and support. The role also includes monitoring system performance, working with vendors or technical partners when needed, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with the company’s strategic and compliance requirements.
