Role Description The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities at project locations, ensuring work is executed according to design drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, requiring regular coordination with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include monitoring construction quality, tracking materials and inventory,



supervising labour and subcontractors, and reporting site status to the project team. The Site Supervisor will manage schedules, support adherence to project timelines and budgets, and document work through site reports, photos, and basic measurements. The role also involves enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized site, and facilitating smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Qualifications
2-5 Years of experience in site supervision, construction management, or project execution for architecture, interior, or related design projects.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications; basic understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, including schedule tracking, task follow-up, and documentation of site activities.
