The New Initiatives team within Swiggy’s Food Delivery business works on identifying and scaling new growth opportunities. The team focuses on building and executing high-impact initiatives that unlock demand, drive user engagement, and create long-term strategic value for the platform.

One of the key focus areas for the team is building Swiggy’s corporate business across:

Swiggy Corporate Wallet (employee meal benefits)
Corporate Gift Cards
Corporate Rewards & Loyalty solutions
Enterprise engagement and ordering solutions

Role Overview

Swiggy is doubling down on the corporate segment through the Swiggy Corporate Wallet (meal perks for employees), Gift Cards for corporates, and a quick-scaling loyalty Corporate Rewards Programme.
