Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Control Panel Electrician with hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly, control wiring and industrial automation panels. The candidate will be responsible for panel wiring, component mounting, cable termination, testing and troubleshooting as per electrical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Perform power and control panel wiring as per electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Mount and wire electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, Contactor, Relay, Overload Relay, SMPS, Terminal Blocks, PLC, HMI and VFD.
Perform PLC panel wiring, I/O wiring and control circuit wiring.
Carry out wire cutting, ferruling, lugging, crimping and cable termination.
Properly route, bundle and dress wires inside control panels.
Read and understand electrical schematic, wiring diagram and panel layout drawings.
Perform continuity checking and basic panel testing.




Identify and troubleshoot wiring errors and electrical faults.
Assist engineers during panel testing, machine wiring, installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure quality of panel wiring.
Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate tools and PPE.
Coordinate with engineers and production team for project completion.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Control Panel Wiring / PLC Panel Wiring.
Valuable knowledge of electrical components and control circuits.
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Relay and Contactor wiring.
Ability to read electrical drawings.
Knowledge of cable termination, ferruling and crimping.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
