Role Description The HVAC Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for developing accurate HVAC models and layouts for commercial and residential projects. The role involves creating and updating 2D/3D drawings, coordinating HVAC designs with plumbing and other building services,



and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project specifications. The HVAC Modeler will collaborate closely with engineering and project teams, perform design reviews, and support troubleshooting during installation and commissioning. Daily tasks include revising models based on field feedback, preparing documentation and reports, and assisting in preventive maintenance planning through accurate as-built drawings.

Qualifications
Robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including design, modeling, and coordination.
Working understanding of Plumbing systems to support integrated building services modeling.
Ability to perform Troubleshooting for HVAC and related building services issues based on design and site inputs.
Customer Service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external clients.
