Role Description The Senior Steward is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru,



responsible for leading stewarding operations across the resort’s food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities. This role oversees the cleaning, hygiene, and organization of kitchen and service areas, ensures proper handling of equipment and crockery, and supports efficient food service during events, conferences, and regular operations. The Senior Steward coordinates stewarding staff schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service readiness. The role collaborates closely with the culinary and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth back-of-house operations, timely setup and breakdown for functions, and adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. The Senior Steward also helps train junior stewards on best practices, hygiene protocols, and resort standards, contributing to a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
