Bimtrack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian BIM and drafting solutions provider operating as the dedicated delivery partner for Orbit Engineering Services Pty Ltd, an Australian MEP consultancy specializing in HVAC 3D BIM modeling for commercial and residential projects.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer - BIM / Drafting to join our team on-site in Noida Sector 18. You will audit 3D Revit models, verify drawing accuracy against markups, enforce drafting standards, and make direct model updates when necessary to ensure final project deliverables meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review HVAC Revit models and 2D shop drawings for geometric accuracy, clash resolution, and sheet presentation.
Perform markup back-checks and quality reviews using Bluebeam Revu.
Step in to directly execute critical drafting, modeling corrections, and sizing revisions in Revit when required.
Verify mechanical duct/pipe routing, fittings,



and equipment layouts against engineering design intent.
Maintain quality checklists, track recurring modeling errors, and guide junior modelers on standards compliance.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical (HVAC) MEP drafting, BIM modeling, and drawing quality checking.
Software: Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD. Navisworks experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Solid command of mechanical drafting principles, duct/pipe sizing conventions, coordination logic, and drawing documentation standards.
Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site at Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Education: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Advantage: Prior experience with Australian building codes/standards (AS/NZS) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
