Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing garage partners, explaining Meri Garage®️’s platform, and converting leads into active users. The Telesales Representative will handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, and guide customers through onboarding and basic usage of the platform. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on leads, coordinating with the sales and customer success teams,



and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes gathering customer feedback to help improve processes and participating in periodic training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, negotiation, and closing over the phone.
Ability to participate in and deliver Training related to product features and telesales best practices.
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles, preferably in technology or automotive sectors.
Comfort working with CRM tools and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets)
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
