About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern who is enthusiastic, target-oriented, and interested in building a career in sales. The selected candidate will work remotely and gain hands-on experience in lead management, customer interaction, sales conversion, CRM management, and business development.

The internship will be for 11 months, and based on performance, business requirements, and successful completion of the internship, the candidate may be considered for a Full time Sales Executive position with continued Work From Home (WFH) flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.




Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
Maintain proper call records and sales reports.
Track leads throughout the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Use CRM and other digital tools effectively for sales activities.

Requirements

Candidate must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making sales calls and interacting with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
