Skills Required:
Proficiency in troubleshooting various cloud resources Ec2 EKS RDS S3 EMR etc Good understanding of databases network and web technologies
Experience in working in microsystems environments using Cloud watch Opensearch ELK monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana ELK
Programming skills on Python shell scripting would be helpful
Familiarity with ServiceNow Jira and Confluence tools AWS Cloud certifications ITIL recommended
