Location - Gurgaon

Purpose - Enable seamless execution of Customer Marketing initiatives across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade by driving operational excellence, commercial governance and execution readiness. Serve as the shared execution partner to both Customer Marketing teams, ensuring timely planning, deployment and governance of visibility programmes, shopper and trade initiatives, customer activations, loyalty programmes and commercial processes through effective cross-functional coordination.

Key Accountabilities:
Customer Marketing Programme Management
Manage operational planning and execution of Customer Marketing programmes across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of trade programmes, shopper marketing initiatives, visibility programmes and current product launches.
Drive execution readiness through coordination of artwork approvals,



production, dispatch and deployment schedules.
Partner with Regional Customer Marketing Managers and Key Account Managers on national, regional and customer-specific initiatives.
Monitor execution, identify implementation gaps and facilitate timely resolution.

Visibility & In-store Execution
Manage deployment of POSM and visibility assets across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade in line with approved plans.
Support customer-specific visibility, seasonal campaigns and shopper marketing initiatives, particularly across Modern Trade.
Track installation, deployment, utilization and replenishment of visibility assets.
Maintain visibility asset records and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve execution issues.

Commercial Operations & Vendor Management
Coordinate procurement and sourcing of Customer Marketing materials, visibility assets, gift articles, vouchers and activation require
