Job Title: QA Analyst
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst with 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with strong expertise in web and API automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test scenarios to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications supporting the Investments business.
This role requires hands-on experience in creating automation frameworks and test scripts using WebDriverIO (preferred) or Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript, along with strong manual testing capabilities. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in an Agile workplace and actively participating in test estimation, planning, execution, and defect management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications using WebDriverIO (preferred) or Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript.
Perform manual testing activities including test scenario creation, test case design, execution,



exploratory testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, regression testing, and support for user acceptance testing whenever required.
Create and maintain automation coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing across web and API layers.
Validate APIs using tools and libraries such as Bruno/Postman and Axios/Supertest.
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects with clear supporting evidence and documentation.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution and overall product quality.
Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, estimation, and other Agile ceremonies.
Execute end-to-end testing to ensure application stability, functionality, and business process alignment.
