Profile: Business Development Executive

Duties and Responsibility:

Develop and execute business development and marketing plans in coordination with the Managing Director to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through market research, lead generation, networking, LinkedIn, social media and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into customers.
Understand client requirements and provide consultative sales solutions based on their business and technical needs.
Explain prospective clients about the advantages, applications and value of our drone sales, survey and training services.
Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations and sales closures with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Take customer feedback and coordinate internally to improve Customer Success and service quality.




Develop creative strategies for client retention, upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare and track the annual marketing budget and monitor expenses against the budget.
Identify potential clients across government, infrastructure, construction, mining, real estate, agriculture, renewable energy and other relevant sectors.
Prepare, submit and follow up on tender bids, EOI/RFQ documents and commercial proposals.
Coordinate and participate in tender presentations and client meetings.
Meet customers/clients face-to-face, over the phone and through online meetings.
Travel as required for client meetings, business development, presentations and project requirements.
Maintain sales reports, lead databases, follow-up schedules and business development records.
Work closely with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into successful projects.
