We have a great opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineer - Order Capture & Payments to join the Enterprise Solutions team, within the Ferguson IT organization.



This position will involve testing of small to large size software enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience with testing application software, have the technical ability to validate data updates to the database, along with solid social skills to connect with both technical and non-technical associates.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall 3+ years of QA Functional testing. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and standard processes.
Must have extensive Manual / Functional testing experience.
Some hands-on experience in Automation testing using Selenium with Java, Python, etc., with a focus on Business-Driven Development (i.e. Cucumber) is a nice to have.
Able to write test plans, create and execute test scripts, and report defects, clearly, for Functional Testing.
Involved in peer-review of test scripts for Functional, Smoke, Regression, and System testing.
