Transaction Banking Group Product Management is hiring an Associate Director, Card Payables who will:

Direct and influence the development of the Commercial Card product to ensure alignment to Business, Regulatory compliance across the bank’s footprint.
Support the development, go-to-market, launch and ongoing optimization of the commercial card proposition for Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (CCIB) clients

Standard Chartered is investing significantly in its transaction banking capabilities to meet clients and business needs globally whilst increasing operational efficiency and deliver best in-class transaction banking products. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities,



validating business cases and leading agile squads to deliver solutions to meet our changing business and client requirements within the Commercial Card product.

You will be supporting the cash management agenda to fulfil CCIB clients’ need for a more effective method of payment in all areas of procurement, from travel & entertainment (T&E;) to B2B. You should be comfortable with data, market research, development of commercialisation material and peripherals that will be deployed to our key transaction banking markets. The candidate will also be required to develop and demonstrate an ability to manage stakeholders within and outside of transaction banking.

In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting external partnerships with card processors, card schemes, vendors and fintech companies within the commercial card payment eco-system.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Card Product Development and Management:

Alongside country and regional product managers, interpret discretionary and regulatory changes
