Our work involves shaping museums, immersive experience centres, and culturally rooted storytelling spaces that blend architecture, technology, content, and fabrication into memorable public experiences. From large-scale spatial narratives to interactive environments, each project moves from concept and design to detailed production and on-ground execution, transforming ideas into meaningful and immersive destinations. As Technical Procurement & Systems Sourcing Manager,



you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end procurement and sourcing function for technology and system integration requirements across projects. The role requires someone who can take ownership of technical vendor management, equipment sourcing, commercial negotiations, technical coordination, procurement planning, and supply chain movement while working closely with design, technology, operations, and execution teams to ensure timely availability and smooth integration of project-critical systems and equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Technical Procurement & Sourcing
● Lead procurement across AV systems, interactive technologies, fabrication, hardware, materials, and
execution-related requirements for live projects.
● Evaluate technical specifications, float RFQs, negotiate commercials, and finalize vendors in alignment
with project budgets and timelines.
● Coordinate closely with design, production, and site teams to ensure procurement aligns with execution and integration requirements.
