Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Quantity Surveyor Instructor based in Kozhikode. The Quantity Surveyor Instructor will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in all aspects of quantity surveying. Day-to-day tasks include delivering lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and providing mentorship to aspiring professionals.



The instructor will also be responsible for staying updated with industry trends and integrating them into the curriculum.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
Experience with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and Cost Reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to inspire and mentor students
Relevant industry experience and a passion for teaching
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
