Job Requirements*

<

5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RR application as Solution Consultant/Support Analyst.
Hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response resource developments.
Hands on experience & understanding of the integration layer of Kinaxis.
Understanding of data model of Demand/Supply planning applications.
Work independently with clients and lead small size team.>

Key Responsibilities*

< - Responsible for techno functional support for issues/incidents logged by users in Kinaxis RR.

Understand and analyze business requirements and minor enhancement to existing solution
Maintain and support the Kinaxis RR solutions (2nd & 3rd Line support)
Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents.
Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenarios
Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario’s, Support document etc.) according to internal procedures
Train team in Enhancing their Kinaxis RR skillset >
